How to Order

Academic Diagnostic Histopathology

By using our services you will be agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please DO NOT SEND any samples or other materials to us without contacting us first to agree this. NOTE: Many wet samples for histology are classified as hazardous and failure to comply with all regulations regarding the transport of hazardous materials could result in the sample being destroyed and you (the sender) being prosecuted and fined or imprisoned. We can advise you on the correct procedures when you contact us.

How to Order Our Laboratory Processing, Academic Consultancy and Digital Imaging Services -
  1. Get a quote of the costs for your needs: Each client has specific needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements and get a free, no-obligation, custom quotation.
  2. For wet lab samples we will arrange sample collection with you: Please do NOT send samples to us (unless we have agreed for you to do this in individual cases). We do not have a continually manned specimen reception and so sent samples may be undeliverable (and may fall foul of specimen transport laws). We will use our courier service to collect samples from you or we will agree specific transport arrangements with you.
  3. For Image Analysis Consultancy: After preliminary discussions to decide if we can help you we will provide the consultancy service unique to your research requirements on the basis of our Terms and Conditions having agreed upon timescales and fees beforehand.
  4. For microtome sectioning and staining: In our preliminary discussions with you we will agree on the laboratory work to be done, section types, stains to be used, quantities and timescales and we will commence work after agreeing a price-per-unit work and transport arrangements.
  5. Clinical diagnostics: The TadPath diagnostic and tissue processing services are for academic, research and teaching purposes only. Please do not submit samples that require a diagnosis for clinical management.
  6. Equipment sales: Please contact us for details of your requirements and we can provide you with a customised quotation.
